About Sarah Gallop

Hi! I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California (#112145) and Colorado (#0002049) and also a Registered Art Therapist. I have an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Michigan and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, which enabled me to pursue my dream of engaging with people to help them lead their best lives.

If you’re here, you may be looking for support or clarity in your life.  Perhaps you or someone in your family is struggling or going through a difficult transition, or maybe you simply want to understand yourself or your relationships better. Clients tell me they appreciate my warm, casual, and caring style as well as my willingness to challenge them when they are ready. I am a strength-based therapist, and like to use creative ways to engage with you, including art, poetry, music, and humor.

I specialize in anxiety, depression and relationship issues, and enjoy working with both adolescents and adults. I will give you tools to help you feel better while also helping you to develop a deeper understanding of your most authentic self. Most clients leave my office with a renewed sense of meaning and purpose in their lives, and also feel more connected to both themselves and others.

Interested?  E-mail me (mailto:sarahgalloplmft@gmail.com) or call me (424-276-0451) and we can find a time to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation session to see if we are a good fit. I am an out-of-network provider, but offer a concierge service that includes filing all super bill claims for you to ensure payment is made in a timely manner.
